Will you accept a vaccine certificate / passport instead of a negative test certificate? If not, why not?
Yes, to enter the venue during the event, attendees, staff, visitors, and suppliers will be required to have a valid COVID pass (be fully vaccinated, have recovered from COVID-19 in the last 6 months or present proof of a negative PCR test (not older than 72 hours) or rapid antigen test (not older than 48 hours).
Will I need to pay for COVID tests for the duration of the EASL event?
We are currently working with the Swiss authorities regarding the tests and will provide further information in the next update.
What additional requirements are in place for entry into Switzerland from non-EU / EU / other countries?

If I have been in a meeting with someone who subsequently tests positive, what will I have to do?
Please contact the EASL staff who will help you to inform the Swiss Health authorities and communicate next steps.
Where can I find a testing facility near the venue?
There is a COVID-19 testing centre located at Terminal T2 of Geneva Airport (5 min from the Conference venue). More info here.
What happens if I test positive?
Positive results will be confirmed with an additional PCR test and managed according to the public health authorities’ protocol at the time of the event
