Partner Relations Coordinator

The Business Development Department is looking for a passionate and committed Partner Relations Coordinator. The candidate will operate with expertise and confidence across various projects, such as international congresses, education, research, and advocacy initiatives. He/she will ensure the implementation of sponsorship contracts in line with customer expectations, compliance regulations and EASL’s ethical standards. The candidate will work closely with EASL congress, scientific education & advocacy teams. Regular contact with scientists and doctors will be part of the daily business as well as international travel for meetings and events.

Partner Solutions Coordinator

EASL is looking for a passionate and experienced Partner Solutions Coordinator to join its Business Development Department. The mission of the EASL Partner Solutions Coordinator is to ensure the delivery of sponsorship programmes for our congresses and digital events. He/she must guarantee a high level of customer success for EASL industry partners, thereby contributing to customer satisfaction, loyalty and sustained commitment to EASL.

Communications Coordinator

EASL is looking to hire a Communications Coordinator in the Association & Community Services team to develop convincing and appealing marketing communication to promote EASL’s events; educational activities; policy, public health and advocacy messaging, and membership activities. He/she has native-level English proficiency, is comfortable with copywriting, proof-reading and providing constructive feedback regarding style and tone of voice to other team-members. The coordinator is also at ease working with a large variety of digital tools and providing tailored language for various communication channels.

In addition to the development of marketing content, the coordinator will, in close collaboration with the ACS manager, be responsible for project management of various other EASL deliverables, activities and programmes, including but not limited to: EASL Annual Report, EU-funded projects, and EASL Consortia.

Experience with project management, event organisation, data analysis, and/or a scientific/medical background are strong assets for this role.
