The building has two floors in the south wing and one in the north wing. All floors are connected by a lift and staircases. The ground floor has several ramps which are 300 cm long, over 120 cm wide and have a gradient of 2.6%. No handrails, or tactile or visual signage at the beginning or end of the ramp. On the other floors, routes have no changes of level.
