Access Badges
Access to all scientific events will only be possible with your personal name badge. All participants are requested to wear their name badges throughout the summit.
EUR 50.00 (incl. VAT) will be charged for replacing a lost badge, and for re-printing due to incorrect submission of names and/or company names or addresses.
Catering
Coffee breaks and lunch are provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
Cloakroom
The cloakroom is located on level -1 and will be operating during the summit opening hours.
CME Certificates
EASL has applied for CME accreditation for the EASL Liver Cancer Summit 2026. More information on CME credits will be available soon.
Currency
The official currency in the United Kingdom is British Pounds (GBP). All major credit cards are accepted in most hotels, restaurants, and shops.
Event App
The event app will be available for download on 19 January.
Language
The official language of the EASL Liver Cancer Summit is English.

In January, Edinburgh experiences a cold and wet climate, with average highs around 7°C (44°F) and lows near 1°C (34°F).
