Access Badges
Access to all scientific events will only be possible with your personal name badge. All participants are requested to wear their name badges throughout the summit.
EUR 50.00 (incl. VAT) will be charged for replacing a lost badge, and for re-printing due to incorrect submission of names and/or company names or addresses.
Catering
Coffee breaks and lunch are provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
Cloakroom
The cloakroom is located next to the registration desk at the Entrance level and will be operating during the summit opening hours.
CME Certificates
EASL has applied for CME accreditation for the EASL SLD Summit 2026.
More information on CME credits will be available soon.
Currency
The official national currency in Hungary is the Forint (HUF). Exchange facilities are offered to participants at the airport, in most of hotels and at the banks. Prices are often set in Euros (EUR) or US dollars (USD). Credit cards are widely accepted.
Event App
The event app will be available for download on 23 February.
Language
The official language of the EASL SLD Summit is English.

The registration desk is located at the entrance, on the entrance level.

The Speaker Service Centre is located in room Bartok 1 (Ground floor).

Weather
Budapest experiences cold weather in February, with average temperatures ranging between 0°C and 5°C. Although it is one of the driest months of the year, occasional snowfall can still be expected.
