You will be able to book your accommodation either directly after the registration process, or separately, but in both cases booking your accommodation is ONLY possible when you are already registered.

A limited number of rooms are available. EASL has negotiated a special rate for conference delegates. The rates vary according to the type of accommodation requested:

Important: Rates quoted above are in Euros per room, per night, including breakfast, Wi-Fi access, VAT and city tax.
Full payment is required in order to receive your hotel voucher and to confirm your hotel room(s).
How to book
We strongly recommend that hotel accommodation is booked early and we will be happy to be of assistance in all matters concerning hotel reservations for this event. Hotel reservations will be confirmed only after receiving the full deposit payable by credit card or bank transfer within 10 working days from the day of booking. If a hotel reservation is made by a sponsoring company, the delegate will receive all information directly from the sponsoring company.
Cancellation policy
All cancellations must be received by EASL by mail: 7, Rue Daubin – CH 1203 Geneva, Switzerland or by e-mail: monothematic@easloffice.eu in writing before or on the following deadlines (please do not contact the hotel directly):
Until 25 November 2019 (23:59 UTC+1): full refund minus EUR 35.00 for administrative charges
From 26 November 2019 until 25 January 2020 no refund is possible
A refund should not exceed 30 days after the receipt of cancellation.
