Previous Presentations
Abstracts that have been presented in previous International Gastroenterology/Hepatology Meetings (Including EASL Congresses) are NOT accepted. WARNING: Please ensure that your abstract has never been presented before. If this rule is not respected, the abstract will be rejected and will not be considered for this EASL Liver Cancer Summit. If my abstract is accepted for presentation (oral or poster) at this EASL Liver Cancer Summit, I agree to present my abstract at the Summit. I declare that my abstract contains original data that has not been published or accepted for publication for another conference and/or in a print or online journal. Abstracts presented at this conference can be submitted to the EASL Congress 2024.
Abstract changes
- All changes can be made by the abstract submitter until the abstract submission deadline of the summit
- After the abstract submission deadline only the presenting author can be changed until 3 weeks prior the event starting date
Abstract withdrawals
- After you submitted your abstract, requests for withdrawal of an abstract must be received in writing to abstracts@easloffice.eu latest until that abstract submission deadline of the given EASL meeting.
- Any withdrawal requested after the abstract submission deadline of the given EASL meeting will not be considered and the abstract will be published.
Abstract disclosures (COI and off label products)
Conflict of interest: For each author, any relevant financial relationship with the provider of commercial products or services discussed in their educational presentation or that have directly supported the CME activity through an educational grant to the sponsoring organisation(s).
Off label products: If the product discussed in the abstract is not labelled for the use under discussion or that the product is still investigational.
Note: The intent of disclosure is not to prevent a participant with financial or other relationships from making a presentation, but rather to provide participants with adequate information about the relationship(s).
Embargo Policy
All abstracts will be available publicly on the corresponding meeting webpage, under the abstract section, 2 weeks prior to the event.
The information contained in the abstracts accepted for the given event will be under embargo until the release on the webpage two weeks prior to the event.

Note: Violation of this policy will be taken seriously. Individuals and/or sponsors who violate it may face sanctions relating to current and future abstract submissions, presentations and visibility at any EASL event. The EASL Governing Board is at liberty to ban attendance and/or retract data.

By submitting an abstract to an EASL event you agree with the following statement:
